You need to fill out the FAFSA, as (I assume) you probably did for your undergraduate work. Arrange for that FAFSA to be sent to the grad program, and they’ll calculate your aid. The financial aid office at the school will then be able to advise you on where to get your loans.
You apply for financial aid each year, so they calculate it for each year. You’ll fill it out again next year to cover your second year of studies. You won’t take out one loan to cover both years.
